Pros
Promoting a positive work-life balance, and they mean it! The leadership tries to practice what they preach. Good opportunities to learn in-house. Peers teach each other their disciplines, and the knowledge sharing is solid. Great total compensation package.
Cons
Leadership is out of touch with employees who are not located in headquarters. Leaders need to be more open and receptive to constructive criticism. Organization is too top heavy, and there is very little diversity in the leadership team. There is no new voice or opinion, or attempts to bring in new perspectives.
