No more incentives-gives you nothing to work up to Pay is a joke! Been here 6ish yrs only had $3 raise not even up to par with cost of living Micro-managing to the max! The sups make you let them know in chat when you need to go away from desk to use restroom, they watch you like a hawk So many changes, so many rules. Management doesn't care about you nor the Company, they just want you to get job done. Again, no more incentives!
