      Pros

      Good Benefits if Full time or Part Time. Acuity can vary depending on the season. Summer is definitely the busy times for Traumas.

      Cons

      Sutter Roseville Hospital as a whole is a pretty decent hospital. My only con is TNI unit specific, as some of the MDs are difficult to deal with.

      The pay is alright for per diem employees

      Cons

      No weekends, inconsistent start times, this is my second run with Sutter and both times as per diem and STILL have never been full time. I've been trying. It's ridiculously hard to get on full time. Don't hold you breath when they say "it'll happen fast" B.S.
