Pros

Benefits are great and start on the first full month. Pay days are every other week.

Cons

Strict attendance and quality scores. If you do not score at least 90% on quality scores consistently each week, you can be let go. If you make too many mistakes you will be written up.

Pros

Gives you plenty of HR experience as you get to work in many different areas of HR.

Cons

Training is limited and you are expected to learn the topics on your own even thought there is little to know time in between calls. there is also limited support while you are on calls. It is very stressful and was not paid enough based on the amount and type of work we were doing.
