Training is limited and you are expected to learn the topics on your own even thought there is little to know time in between calls. there is also limited support while you are on calls. It is very stressful and was not paid enough based on the amount and type of work we were doing.

Some hospitals not willing to train in specialty departments making it difficult to move to the unit you want.
