      Good benefits Great place to work for you slackers out there That's it!

      Cons

      Old fashioned management style Poor communication Punching the time clock is more important than getting the job done Overwork high performing employees, chasing them away Old buildings with environmental issues Older employees into game playing and politics big time and get away with it Slacker employees receive more credit than they deserve - no management or consequences for inability to get the job done Hard working employees are just worked harder and not given any credit

      Health care is provided as a benefit, there are a lot of hard working individuals who want to do their very best for the patients and their families

      Cons

      Lack for visions and planning by management with no attention to details makes for an environment where it is impossible to achieve the goals without either failure or a nervous breakdown

      Sutter Management Does not Treat Employees respectfully.

      Working with nice people and great patients.

      Cons

      Everyday some management personnel are let go, revolving door. Management has absolutely no respect for the employees, many of us who have worked here for over 20 years. Hey Sutter, you cancelled our Holiday party, but a card acknowledging that we employees work hard and are committed to our patients would have been nice gesture.
