Pros

friendly coworkers, very good benefits

Cons

Sutter has lost focus. Senior leadership touts core values but doesn't follow them. Says Sutter focuses on the communities we serve, then fires local staff and re-hires in cheaper out-of-state communities where they do not provide care. Says affordability is a goal, then gets caught overcharging by both the State and Federal government and grossly overspends.

Pros

Great pay and promotion opportunities

Cons

They support upper management even when there is obvious bad behavior over lower management and end users. HR says a lot but doesn't seem to do anything to handle serious personality issues in upper management. Don't seem to stand by their own culture and values.
