Pros

Nothing that I could see.

Cons

They lie to you during your interview to get you in the door, then once you’re hired they start to reveal how shady and unprofessional they are. I was told after I got hired on that I would need to do training 1.5 hours away for one week only, that quickly changed to 4 weeks. They refused to pay for my mileage and I was forced to pay out of pocket to attend their horrible training that could’ve easily been a zoom call. They told me during the interview we were part of a union, turns out they just blatantly lied to me about that. They didn’t tell me my pay periods would be 72 hours instead of the usual 80 until AFTER I started. They didn’t tell me during the interview that I would essentially be the only employee at their new location so I’d have to be doing the job of 4 different departments with no time off. RUN FAST.

Pros

Employees work as a team and the pay is good with good Benefits.

Cons

-Management doesn’t listen to its employees. -Supervisors disrespect employees regularly. -There is obvious favoritism from management. -Supervisors and management retaliate against employees for simple mistakes. -Supervisors call employees liars and nothing is done about it. Manager is in a relationship with a subordinate and lies about it to HR dept. -Certain employees get regular overtime and others are flexed off regularly. -Management allows employees to disrespect the lead when no supervisor is there, no consequence. -Management pulls you from your duties and expects you to finish them by the end of the shift. -Management gets too involved in employees personal lives, asks questions and expects answers about personal information.

Pros

Absolutely no good reason to work here

Cons

Horrible local CEO, Who is at this time being forced out by the larger corporate CEO. Terrible management, vice presidents etc. all a power struggle. Nobody cares for anyone. Hospital administration are also uncaring monsters at the Burlingame facility, underlying racism at all levels. Run the other way if you get an offer from here. The pay is good, but you sell your soul to get it. The one, and only HR business partner that’s left there is an uncaring person that works exclusively for management. Only seems to enjoy getting people written up or fired. Unless, of course, you are in their club of gossip.
