      Having a hard time thinking of any pros working for this company I’d say pay but no they were not fair about pay atleast in my department.

      Management They don’t care about their employees Might seem like good pay but you really bust your chops to get that money

      If you want a job, you can probably get one.

      Cons

      Management is apathetic, oblivious, and self-involved. Those promoted are mostly incompetent or part of the "click", or inner circle. One supervisor was completely incapable of helping their team. Two other supervisors were major drug users, one of which was a dealer. The HR manager didn't care, but sure seemed to enjoy their own title. I've known several people that went to work there. The only ones left are the dregs. Sad and shocking.

      Cutting edge cardiac surgery technology.

      Cons

      Nursing leadership with little to no clinical experience in advanced heart care; hired & created jobs for friends who had little to no experience in their advanced practice roles. Very cliquish work group. Leadership participated in and condoned a lot of inappropriate behavior by staff.
