      Employee and Dependent insurance coverage through UMR Sutter Select is great, great people with leadership potential

      Cons

      Micromanaging, over worked and understaffed, company does not backfill positions, constant changes with unrealistic goals, poor to no communication from management, favoritism, no room for growth, pay is not competitive or does not match similar or same positions as other health care facilities.
