Lots of cons. Where should I begin? -The organization is in perpetual transition, lacks stability, direction and vision. The excuse is that "change" is good. What the leadership does not seem to understand is that change for the sake of change aint' so good. It kills productivity, standardization, and morale since there are no clear vision and direction. Since early 2000, Sutter has a whole is been in one giant transition, the question is after 15 years or a decade and half, has patient care been improved significantly over this time? has cost gone down? The answer is a resounding no to both of those questions.
