Supportive, very professional. very high quality nurses as co-workers Challenging, varied telephone triage and advice opportunities Multiple specialty business lines:OB, Advanced Illness Management/Hospice, Anti-Coagulant, Discharge Management,Triage and Advice $1,000/yr for cont. education Opportunity to progress within the company

Cons

Poor salary for the high level of experience and competence required for this type of nursing Poor onsite continuing education opportunities Often work short staffed Fast paced - lots of pressure to meet company standard of triaging and documenting 4 calls per hour

In the last couple of months, we have formed a committee to identify ways of addressing the operational gaps in our care coordination function, including hiring staff in a more proactive and timely manner. Hopefully you and your team members will start to feel some relief shortly. Regarding the compensation – we review our salary ranges against the market periodically. Our goal is to be market competitive by offering a comprehensive benefit package (including medical/dental/vision coverage, retirement savings, tuition reimbursement) along with a fair base pay. This is the best company I have worked for! They care about their employees, they are growing, they are cutting edge in the industry. Just an overall great company to work for. If you are you looking for a company to grow with, and to stay with for awhile, this is your match!

Cons

There are not many cons I can think of for this company. To be honest, the only con I can think of is the growth. It is so much so fast, but it leaves a lot of opportunities.
