Too many reorganizations. Major problems with C suite and Leadership knowing how to lead. Clinical leaders can't agree on anything. Ever changing, and inefficient processes. No interest in retention of knowledgeable long term employees. Retirement package pales compared to other healthcare organizations in the area.
