      You learn, a large amount of medical terminology.

      Cons

      Management is poor leadership is poor office politics is huge, workplace retaliation workplace bullying goes un reprimanded. Their attrition is high on both leadership side and entry-level rolls. They bleed talent. Their interview process is broken. They are unable to vet talent.
