      Pros

      The benefits are good and they do offer a pension.

      Cons

      Open style cubicles were one of the wort ideas. Hearting others talk while you are on the phone is really annoying. When I was there there was not work from home and this job should be fully remote. I can't think of a single reason to be in the office for this job.

      Pros

      Good benefits including no cost medical for full family coverage, 403b and pension. Acceptable salary with incentive bonus for managers and above. Positive work culture and people empowered to develop and are becoming more unified under new executive leadership. Opportunities for upward mobility and employing/expanding diverse skill set.

      Cons

      Not the highest paying healthcare organization in the area so challenging to obtain significant increase without leaving organization. Still tendencies in some areas of the organization to stay stagnant and set in their antiquated and out of touch Sutter ways.
