      A lot of unhappy long term employees

      Pros

      Unfortunately Sutter is taking a turn for the worse when it comes to employee relations. I am a long term employee and prior to 2006 employees were very happy. The company culture is changing for the worse.

      Cons

      Breeding micro managers. Punching a clock is more important than actual work. Employees are felt as if they are unimportant and their ideas and input is not welcomed.

      The pay was good and there were some good doctors who did the right thing

      Cons

      Very unethical place where you’re micromanaged and don’t get the opportunity to succeed as management does NOT have your back. The environment is toxic and always full of drama and the main cause is management.

      OK benefits. Weekend differential. Clean office space.

      Cons

      Top center down management with employee input only given lip service. Incessant pressure to commit more time to tasks with dwindling raises that do not keep up with cost of living. No union. This company has a history of hostility toward unions. Disrespect and distrust of employees is readily apparent. Recent management changes increasingly mercenary with increasingly draconian rules and good employees flying out the door. Increasing restrictions on how and what is communicated between staff.
