Leadership that encourages following core values, but rarely follows the values themselves. A benefits package that is rapidly getting worse. Multiple rounds of layoffs to “protect” the company against several lawsuits while using coronavirus as the main excuse. All while continuing to pay c-suite leadership over $1million/year.
