      Sutter Health Is Taking Over

      Pros

      The health insurance is good, but that could soon be changing. They have a good pension plan and retirement although matches are becoming scarce. They have good PTO and educational hours.

      Cons

      Getting too big. The pay is not competitive and cost of living adjustments are no longer given. There is no transparency. Management creates a negative environment.

      Nothing positive only kudos to staff who are holding on to such kind of leadership

      Managers are disrespectful, bully and create hostile work environment . Lacks credible leadership and very hostile.

      Pros

      Company tries to create a team atmosphere and for the most part succeeds. Some managers are more open to worker input than others. None of the managers I met were nasty or mean. Rumor has it that such persons are fired or moved back to a non-manager position.

      Cons

      Some business practices are old and inflexible. Others are very up-to-date. It really depends on which unit you work for. Must record hours to nearest 15 minutes. Overtime discouraged.
