Pros

Excellent health insurance. Unionized employees at least get paid for hours worked.

Cons

My direct manager/supervisor changed six times in nine years. (I kid you not.) Terrible morale. People holing on because they needed the job. The facility CEO (my second... or was it third?) got perspiration across his upper lip every time he had to lead a quarterly meeting with general employees.

Pros

Great benefits. There is some room for advancement. Seems to be better now with the new COO

Cons

If you work an administrative job, you are REQUIRED to take off holidays, BUT you have to use your own PTO to fulfill your 80 hours. It doesn't matter if you don't want to use your PTO or if you want to work, say Labor Day. It's not an option.
