8yThank you for your review. At the Patient Service Center in UT, we continually look for and implement meaningful ways to recognize and reward our best employees. In recent years, we put into effect the Service Representative incentive program which is a formula driven plan based on performance criteria (client satisfaction, quality, adherence, and AHT) where our representatives can currently receive up to $5,000 per year. We feel that this program makes the playing field equal and allows us to recognize “good employees” who meet and significantly exceed our performance expectations.
