Benefits, the patients, lunches and breakfast we get from the drug reps.

Cons

Animosity between back and front office. Supervisor plays favorite to a certain receptionist. Everyone sees it even the floats. I have worked in other departments within Sutter and never have I worked in a group who are against each other. If the team does not learn how to help each other and realize they're all in it together the work environment will never change. It is not a good work environment. Over all Sutter is a great company to work for but not at the Dale road clinic.
