      Pros

      Sutter Physician Services is a great employer with amazing growth opportunities. I came in at an entry level patient service representative position and have been promoted twice over 5 years and am currently in a supervisor role

      Cons

      Training for leadership positions hasn't been great in the past but it is improving recently. Otherwise no other complaints. This has been a great company to work for.

      Great Benefits, Flexible schedules, Great Company Events, Really great place to work.

      Cons

      Your job is on the line if you don't perform at the fastest rate quickly. Lots of pressure; very high production based company. No training whatsoever, you either sink or swim. If a few people from management left there would be no cons to write.

      Management that cares. Transparent executive leadership. Flexible schedule. Very accommodating of the "work/life" balance. Room for growth since the company is expanding.

      Cons

      No permanent or partial with from home positions. Training in certain areas could be improved. Manual processes that need to be updated.
