      Similar with other companies IT management gets in the way of progress/cost savings other then that no Cons! Great place to work!

      Everyone works with great teamwork and positive attitude. It is a small hospital so you get to know everyone very quickly.

      Cons

      The staffing is not adequate to meet the demands of the large volume of patients. They also need more trauma rooms.
