Pros

Benefits are unmatched. The in-network doctors are MDs that I would recommend to friends and others, and I've been pleased! Good salary (maybe not as high as Kaiser) Non-unionized (as of yet) Feels like they HIGHLY value their employees (your mileage mary vary based on care center)

Cons

The constant implementation of new practices and the attempt to make the organization more lean. This has an adverse affect on employee productivity -- as many struggle to change their ways and/or half-heartedly embrace new values. Seems like the Shared Staff / Backup Staff are never available when you REALLY need them.

Pros

Hardworking group of dedicated nurses

Cons

Classic disorganization of supplies, constantly short staffed, lack of adequate training or ability to educate, lack of consistent management (high turn over), lack of recognition of staff on holidays but management gets large lump sum bonus every year based on budget.

Pros

The company provides a pension plan after three years of employment and benefits at the time I worked there were competitive with minimal out of pocket cost to employees. Multiple campuses and departments that allowed for promotions or position changes within the organization. Many opportunities for growth and career development.

Cons

Many significant operating changes in the last several years I was employed there in addition to being short-staffed and having intermittent hiring and salary freezes. One year the company did not match our 403 (B) contributions.
