      Pros

      The people are friendly and management seems to care about the culture. Schedules are flexible to allow for a nice work:home balance. The workforce is diversified.

      Cons

      There have been so many management and senior management changes that it makes the employees uneasy. There is no communication from upper management about what is really going on. The salaries are far below industry standard and even below other Sutter affiliates. There are no defined career paths and it is very easy to get pigeonholed.
