      Patient focused organization, excellent tumor board presentations. Video conference tumor panels once a week. Competitive salary. Competitive benefits packet that improves with time at the organization.

      Cons

      Medical center in San Francisco with many big name competitors, namely UCSF and Stanford. That being said, still see diverse range of patient populations.

      Management can treat new employees harshly. Much money wasted on Lean projects. Losing good Hospitalist to other organizations due to lack of support from their director.
