      Pros

      Pay upgrade every year but honestly other companies pay you better . So nothing great .!

      Cons

      Management is terrible . They are always low staffed and don’t care to hire more people just burden the employees with more work.

      Pros

      Insurance is good, some differentials are good if you make it longer than 5 years.

      Cons

      Worked for Sutter for over 7 years, they have completely lost their compassion for patients and employees. Upper management only cares about making themselves look good. Measley raises that can't compete with competitors anymore. Retirement match is absolutely pathetic.
