      * MMC provides excellent compensation. * Departments work together as a team even with limited resources. *Charting system MMC uses is up to date and easy to use.

      * Limited resources when patient acuity is high. * Needs more staff in departments. * Upper management adds new changes every week to nursing interventions. Causing a stressful environment, especially when ratios are high.
