      Pros

      SPS has excellent benefits. They continually have classes for their managers which has helped my manager become a better manger.

      Cons

      When trying to look for a job on the Sutter web site it really is not user friendly. I've referred people to Sutter jobs and because the site was not user friendly they found jobs elsewhere.

      Dynamic field with agile minds working for change in a large organization that is indeed changing for the better

      Cons

      quasi silo-ed infrastructure throughout the system and lack of resources for the ambulatory side of healthcare

      Flexibility to handle family life. Interesting work which can have an impact on patient lives.

      Hard to move around. Also no substantial pay increase to match the work.
