      Pros

      Excellent co-workers, motivating mission, innovative care delivery design.

      Cons

      Massively inefficient systems and incredibly slow pace of change/initiative rollout. Disagreement among management/divisions could easily negate months of work. All par for the course in a corporate environment. This company is notably NOT progressive when it comes to offering part-time, flextime, job sharing, or any other policies that would make it more family friendly to work there.

      Pros

      Great pay, excellent benefits, awesome co-workers and supervisors. The supervisors really care about their employees and the employees are more like a family. As a visiting nurse I was all over the outlying counties near Sacramento and I got hourly pay plus mileage.

      Cons

      Always have a trunk full of nursing supplies that you have to empty if you want to take a trip or need your trunk. Not a lot of cons I can come up with tis is overall the best company I have ever worked for and I wish daily I had not moved away.
