      Good benefits. Great co-workers. Better than average pay.

      No upward mobility. Raises are small. Low education reimbursement of only $2000 per year.

      Pros

      It is a great place to work. Co-workers are wonderful and caring. The facility is beautiful.

      Cons

      Some staff feel unappreciated. For example, for nurses week we received scratched up hemostats that said Sutter on them. Pay in not equivalent to other hospitals within the same area.
