Thank you for your review. At the Patient Service Center in UT, we continually look for and implement meaningful ways to recognize and reward our best employees. In recent years, we put into effect the Service Representative incentive program which is a formula driven plan based on performance criteria (client satisfaction, quality, adherence, and AHT) where our representatives can currently receive up to $5,000 per year. We feel that this program makes the playing field equal and allows us to recognize “good employees” who meet and significantly exceed our performance expectations. Being a Great Place to Work remains as a top priority for SPS. If you have additional feedback on how we can improve, please contact me directly at berengm@sutterhealth.org/916-854-6226. Sincerely, Mark Berenguer, Sr. Director, Patient Service Center Utah

Pros

The people that work there are very professional in all areas, but mostly their customer service.

Cons

I honestly don't have anything bad to say about Sutter.

Pros

Lots of learning. Nice people. If you get on at Sutter it's a good thing. They have excellent benefits. It depends on if you work in IS or other parts of Sutter. Mather IS and the EHR team will eat you alive.

Cons

Lack of understanding about how I do customer service. Do not understand people's disabilities especially hearing loss. Human Resource is a joke. More about superficial issues than about how someone really does their job.
