      Some good RN's still left

      Cons

      Union hospital that is hostile toward the Union, almost 2 years out of contract. Management thinks and will tell you "a nurse is a nurse" and are despecializing RNs. More worried about pts being happy than receive good care. Disregard for pt safety and don't want to hear about the issues.
