      Pros

      Other than pay and hours there aren't many pros I can give this company. Only pros I found are some of the coworkers.

      Cons

      Management doesn't manage quick to judge on personal biases. No training, no direction for employment. Manager of verification dept in murray needs replacing not once has she engaged with reps nor left office other than to eat.

      Friendly and employees, great benefits, great treatment of employees, and an all around great place to work. Great learning environment.

      Cons

      There are really no cons to working here, it really is a great place to work. I would recommend the company.

      Pros

      The company ensures each individual is recognized and well compensated for the work they do. They have many incentive programs. They are also very focused on individual development and internal growth.

      Cons

      There are not many cons about this company. It is a close work environment, so you may get more sick than you are used to. However, they are happy to provide free hand sanitizer and lysol wipes!
