The processes are dynamic and a lot changes are going on, which could mean good opportunities.

Cons

There is no culture/identity visibly established for the Company (changing process) – which also means sometimes the Company does not have clearly the direction it wants to go through.

Pros

Good company to work. Good pay and benefits in the recent past. You will learn and work a lot and you will have opportunities to growth if you got good results.With the recent change of the president I believe that the company will getting better. Probably they won't have problems to stay in the market in the future

Cons

Many changes in people becoming worst the relationship and skills. The HR department interfere too much in the process areas.. Currently the information isn't shared across departments. The relationship wasn't good after several changes in the team. With the recent change of the president I believe that the company will getting better.
