      - Approachable Management and Promoter of the Company. - Work life balance for maximum duration in a year. (1-2 months are expected in any IT firm). - Define growth plan for every employee - Company Working in multiple domains and technologies, so employee also have opportunity to experience any of these.

      -HR Policies need to more strong and employee friendly. -Infra could be more better :)
