      Pros

      1) Open door policy - You can easily access top level management and they are open to what you have to say. 2) Flexi timings- There is no had and fast timings , on some days if you get late for some reason there are no fines. 3) Work life balance- People here care for your life other than work and it can be seen in the way management talks .

      Cons

      1) The cab timings are rigid- You majorly get cab for 12.30 pm-9.30 pm and it is hard to get cabs on days you have to go early.
