Cons
Under the old ownership pre-covid, it was a fantastic place to be. Rod Fallow empowered everyone to do their best and gave them the freedom to achieve goals the way they saw best. They hired you for your skills and trusted you to deliver the results. This fostered a genuine desire to do better, and to work as a team throughout all departments. Everyone showed up happy each and every day, and felt gratitude to work for such a visionary leader. Current management just likes to micromanage. There is a general feeling of apprehension among all departments and no one is happy anymore; everyone is tired, fearful, and exhausted. Over the years they have cut workforce a few times and just give you more work without better pay. What a shame.
