      Pros

      Swagelok is a excellent place to work. Upper management and leadership listen to out concerns and implement solutions. The work/ life balance is something they strive for. Swagelok has awesome benefits and the company cares about their employees.

      No con for me and I have worked for the company 13 years.

      1. so far can still keep good work life balance. 2. a lot of team building activities (if you like it)

      Cons

      deterioration of product quality, which causes extra paper works to do and more meetings for improvement. i.e. extra work load that may not included in your original job responsibilities.
