      There is a deep emphasis on personal development. Employees are treated with respect by management. It is a very good place to work.

      Pros

      Lots of work so you wont get laid off; work with some very highly specialized metals, interesting work, make some amazing fittings

      Cons

      Workload is tremendous, I was the 5th person in 2 years in that position, culture seems rigid, you will never see a financial statement with actual dollars since it is a privately owned company

      Pros

      Stable company: we don't take many risk....the people at most levels are great to work with....new CEO has joined us (maybe will bring new ideas).

      Cons

      1. Pay is average (many employers pay much more. 2. There's no committment to diversity in leadership (shop floor is diverse but nearly ZERO diversity in supervisor, manager or executive ranks). 3. CEO micro-manages the company (keeps the company safe, but the leadership team doesn't think outside the box, afraid to make mistakes).
