Pros
Swagelok NW was an amazing workplace with a very productive yet relaxed atmosphere, extremely helpful team, and management that seemed to really care about keeping the team dynamics outstanding. The CSR manager is the best boss I've ever had; she was always busy going from meeting to meeting but never refused to take some time to answer questions and make sure we get the job done right. The team lead was a great hard working person that always had positive attitude and a smile on her face. When I was trained at my position they were very thorough and patient with me me. The owner was very humble and relatable. IT, custom solutions, warehouse, accounting, everyone else were awesome coworkers and they made me really excited to go to work every day.
Cons
That I had to leave Swagelok NW due to a military commitment which was made prior to being employed.
