Business Outlook
Pros
They always kept a clean and safe working environment, even in the production areas. People are nice and friendly. They try to keep you busy, even if they have to move you over to one of their other facilities. They also have free fruit, drinks, and bagels every day.
Cons
They asked to see my most recent we form to see what I made before. Then they offered me the job at way less pay. I took it because back then there weren't any other jobs around. They say they have never had to lay-off anyone. That's because they hire a lot of temp workers and when the times get tough, they just get rid of the temps.
