      Flexible schedules and decent pay. Overtime as a supervisor is a bonus

      There is a large turn of site managers which cause many direction changes.

      Great culture, great people, and they seem to take care of their employees.

      Cons

      I am a contract employee and it is extermely hard to get into this company. I've been here almost a year and frustrated enough to start looking seriously for another job. I would stay here in a heartbeat if offered a job.
