      Its a Cleveland Based Company

      Cons

      Very political, buddy system when keeping or promoting people. Not receptive to change or delegating autority, full of micro managers, and many in upper management very arrogant towards others if your not a VP or at Director level in company. Very difficult place to work. Management comes and goes without explanations for removals.

      Pros

      Big focus on values is mostly successful. Decent opportunities to move around if you put in your time. Culture is generally positive.

      Cons

      Probably a tough place to work as a women or a minority. They put de facto value on diversity but the culture doesn't match.
