      Very few 'real' people you can actually speak to.

      Cons

      Temps are treated unfairly when it comes to gossip of the permanent associates. Temps could work their souls out but one little bad word from a jealous employee and, woosh! You're out of the door/don't get hired in for another 5 months

      When Fred was alive, lots of benefits he took care of his people. Pay was good

      Cons

      Where I worked at forging division too many changes all the time. It's like a revolving door there it's a shame that place could be awesome
