Cons

No allowances for Internet/WiFi. No reimbursement for remote work home setup. Less salary hike, and fewer growth opportunities.

social work culture relaxing management flexibility

Cons

a ton of work outside of normal business hours while management can be relaxing, they're also sometimes invasive. They've done a lot of firings lately, and every time we're told to stay calm afterwards.
