      Pros

      I am given free range over my tasks and their delivery to clients. I am also permitted to set my own hours.

      Cons

      The security technology the company uses is some times not practical in its application and can burn a lot of time in troubleshooting

      Pros

      My job involves talking to clients about their projects and then writing up those projects in a report so we can apply for a grant from from the government. The clients are really fascinating and smart and its great to hear about their new inventions. Apart from that its quite laid back and I am always approved leave to travel which is a positive.

      Cons

      The writing can be a little overwhelming sometimes but my manager is really supportive and patient. Due to the number of reports we need to get out it can be a little stressful at times during deadline season.

      Pros

      Working at Swanson Reed has given me so many opportunities, I have learned so much here and will always be grateful for everything. The directors really care about you. They want you to succeed. Having a flexible approach and being open to anything requested will help you succeed in this role.

      Cons

      Pay could be better. Some days can be very busy and some can be slow.
