Pros

Healthy environment, Empowering of the people is quite discrete

Cons

The career program path needs to be improved. For people that are willing and proving to push through, there should be more opportunities to relocate and be promoted when it is deserved.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. At Swarovski, we truly value constructive employee and customer feedback, both positive and negative. We encourage our employees who are interested in growing with us to work with their manager on an Individual Development Plan to help them achieve the training and development they need for an opportunity either in our stores or corporate offices. We want to ensure you your review will be shared with upper management, as this kind of feedback is crucial to the improvement of the company. Once again, we want to thank you for your review and wish you much success in your career.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We very much appreciate it. We are glad to hear that you had a great work environment, we strive to be an inclusive workplace where our employees shine as much as our product. Building a culture of teamwork and collaboration is important to us at Swarovski. Equally important to us, is to make each individual employee, from our stores to our corporate offices, feel that they belong. Being part of Swarovski is about having the power to express who you truly are. With the freedom, encouragement and support that allows you to shine; while embracing the unique qualities of everyone around you. Because when our people feel that sense of belonging, we know they can achieve the incredible.

Pros

- Salary is okay - Nice treats every once in a while - Nice gifts for special occasions

Cons

- Management are extremely out of touch with employees and have a sense of entitlement - CEO (Alexis Nasard) has no idea of the issues, problems and opportunities for improvement that workers encounter - Culture has nothing to do with salary or gifts. Culture is about how open a company is to listening to its employees and how much it truly cares about their wellbeing. Swarovski is TERRIBLE at that. As mentioned above, yes, they give the employees nice gifts for Christmas, and some birthdays and other special occasions, but just doing that does not mean it has a great culture. You cannot ask or propose anything because you will be shut down without hesitation. - Upper management don't care about the employees opinion on relevant subjects. They have old-fashioned ideas and they are not open to positive changes. - No flexibility whatsoever either
