Pros

Amazing product! Who DOESNT like beautiful jewelry on trend, but also timeless! Unique and fresh, really allows for one to express their personality through the jewelry. Not physically demanding, easy for older employees.

Cons

Upper management doesn’t not communicate well. Constantly asking for direction with little response, or condescending tone when given. Discount needs to be MORE if they expect part time employees to represent the brand while at work. Allocation of $100-$200 is NOT enough to keep employees buying. Senior level leaders need to speak to the employees with respect and really LISTEN to feedback. Not only product feedback, but company culture.
