Pros

Collaboration with colleagues from own team and other departments, the ability to make decisions, and the opportunity to share and present my own ideas.

Cons

Lack of opportunities for career development into managerial roles, due to cost-cutting measures and management reshuffling, which is aimed at filling budget gaps.

Pros

Good insurance and 401K contribution. Pleasant office environment.

Cons

Bullying by Management is permitted to the extreme. Employees have been know to possess so much anxiety brought on from their superior that they've had to be taken out of the office by ambulance. Management also permits bullying, exercises favoritism, and turns a blind eye to unprofessional behavior among colleagues.
