      easy job, poor communication from head office

      Pros

      flexible schedule decent discount and some free jewellery start above minimum wage progressive pay (commission) I love my coworkers Awesome if you like sales great as a part time job especially if you are a student as it is basically stress free and you can make decent money

      Cons

      very poor communication from head office head office and sometimes management will undermined you in front of a customer even though you are following company policy commission could and should be higher rarely give raises best times to make sales is during the holidays so it can be difficult to get those off, i haven't been home for Christmas in 2 years

      Pros

      The products are beautiful and you get a pretty decent discount.

      Cons

      The job is incredibly boring 90% of the time. Also the company puts a tremendous amount of pressure on you to SELL, SELL, SELL but doesn't allow you any freedom to tailor and serve your customers. They aren't very understanding in regards to store location and the type of clients that run through each boutique, and have harsh consequences if you don't meet expectations. Even if you exceed your sales goal, you can still be disciplined for missing out on membership sign ups and such.

      Pros

      Very professional background, good teamwork and a nice work environment.

      Cons

      Bad work-life balance, almost no time for hobbies, family. Must stand 8-10 hours/day in high-heel shoes, the job is getting more and more monotonous with time, sometimes too stressful especially compared to the salary.
